What is Suzy García: Remedies, Romance & La Familia about?
It's about a Cuban-American woman named Suzy García who is loud, messy, completely incapable of keeping her opinions to herself, and very much in love with a very British man named Dominic. It's about family — the kind that loves you loudly whether you asked for it or not. It's about remedies, romance, and the chaos that happens when two very different worlds collide at a kitchen table. It's also very funny. At least that was the plan.
What is Suzy García: ¡Operation Boda! about?
Book 2 picks up where the chaos of falling in love turns into the chaos of planning a wedding — which, if you know Suzy's family, is objectively worse. Two continents, two very different sets of in-laws, a best friend with no filter, an abuela with strong opinions and a direct line to God, and a bride just trying to hold onto a wedding that still feels like hers. Somewhere between the guest list and the groom's very polite family, things get significantly more complicated than a seating chart should allow.
Is it part of a series?
Yes! Suzy García: Remedies, Romance & La Familia is Book 1, and Suzy García: ¡Operation Boda! is Book 2 — out now! I loved every chaotic minute of writing it, and I can't wait for you to meet where these characters end up. A third book is also in the works. We're not done with Suzy yet. Not even close.

Book 1 and book 2 are available on Amazon in paperback and ebook. You can also order a personalized signed copy right here on this website — which, if you ask me, is the better option. Just saying.
Is it available as an audiobook?
Not yet — but it's on the list. Watch this space.

How do I order a personalized, signed copy?
Head to the shop section of this website, add a signed copy to your cart, and leave a name or message in the order notes. I'll take it from there. If you leave it blank I'll just sign my name — also perfectly lovely.
How long does it take to ship?
Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Good things take time. Abuela said so.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship signed copies within the US — but if you're outside the US and your heart is set on a personalized copy, send me a message through the contact page, and I'll see what I can do. I'm Cuban. We find a way.
Can I leave a special message for the personalization?
Absolutely. Leave whatever you'd like in the order notes — a name, a message, an occasion — and I'll make it personal. Gifts, self-treats, and "I just really needed this" purchases all equally welcome.

Are you working on another book?
Always. Book 3 — Suzy García: Remedies for Reinvention — is currently being written, and this time Suzy's the one who's relocating: new country, new visa headaches, a mother-in-law's kitchen she's slowly figuring out how to survive, and a family back in Miami who cannot, under any circumstances, be convinced that London counts as "close." There's also a very opinionated abuela sending remedies across the Atlantic and a best friend refusing to let her disappear quietly into someone else's culture. It's going well. Mostly.
Is Suzy García based on a real person?
Suzy is fictional. Her family, however, feels suspiciously familiar to anyone who grew up Cuban. I will say no more.
